You might feel alone in a relationship, need help processing a separation or are struggling with work, family or health issues. If you are living with depression or anxiety or any kind of relationship difficulties, I am here to provide the help you need.
Take a look at my Individual Counselling page to read more about how I work with individuals of all ages, ethnic and religious backgrounds.
Couple therapy gives you a safe, confidential space to talk about your relationship difficulties, grow your understanding of each other and improve your communication. Couple therapy enables you to develop skills to resolve your relationship issues and to reconnect with each other. I also offer parenting coaching when, for example, you disagree over parenting style, find it hard to deal with your child's behaviour, or support them with their worries.
Please visit my Couple Therapy page to read more about the different ways I can help people experiencing relationship difficulties.
You might be having trouble dealing with conflict in your family, be it between you and your sibling or your parent. I provide an open, honest therapeutic space for you to work through your difficulties collaboratively and understand each other better.
To know more about my family therapy service, feel free to visit my Family Therapy page.
We begin our work together by building understanding of your life circumstances, either as an individual or couple, before moving into the specific issues that have brought you for help. You are given the time and space to bring your issues out in the open, without judgement. Once I have a good idea of the issues you are facing, we will work together to create a personalised plan that supports you in moving forward.
Many people prefer the online zoom format in that it offers therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home together with greater flexibility.
