Terms
Fees are paid by bank transfer, 24 hours in advance of each session. Missed appointments or cancelled appointments, with less than 24 hours’ notice, are payable in full.
Confidentiality
Client information is confidential and is not shared with anyone. However, in circumstances where someone's personal safety is deemed to be at risk, there is an ethical and legal requirement to share information with appropriate professionals.
Location
The counselling practice is based in a quiet suburban street in Pinner village, a short level walk from Pinner Metropolitan Station and the 183, H11, H12 and H13 bus routes.
There is parking available in the driveway or on the street. Please note that parking restrictions are in place on the street between 11am and 12pm so please use the driveway.
