If you are interested in setting up an appointment for counselling in Pinner, Harrow, or online, please email me and we will arrange your first session.
Depression can develop due to ongoing stress in relationships with partners, family members, or work colleagues. You could have recently lost a loved one and don’t know how to cope. Perhaps loneliness or loss of self-confidence is affecting you. Maybe you have experienced bullying or abuse in a past or present relationship. If you are feeling low or anxious as a result of your relationships with others, I offer a calm, confidential place where you can talk about these feelings and develop coping strategies that work for you.
