If you are having trouble resolving conflict in your family, I will guide you to understand each other better and communicate more effectively. I work with adult family issues, such as siblings who may have lost a parent and stopped speaking to each other, or a parent and son or daughter who constantly find themselves arguing. It could be that you and a family member have fallen out and need help mending your relationship.
No matter how hard things may seem now, I am here to give you all the support and personalised counselling you need to reconnect as family members.
Have you fallen out with a family member or loved one? If so, I can help you work through your differences through bespoke counselling and couples therapy in Pinner, Harrow and online.
